1. Overview

These terms apply to the FLEVAPE online store and purchases from us. By visiting our website or ordering, you agree to these terms.

2. Age and legal compliance

FLEVAPE serves legal-age adults only. You must be at least 19 years old where required by Canadian law and follow all federal, provincial, territorial and local rules for vaping products. We may request age verification and refuse an order where sale or delivery is not permitted.

3. Products and orders

Descriptions, images and availability may change. An order is accepted only when FLEVAPE confirms it. We may correct errors, limit quantities or cancel an order where necessary. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Timing can vary by destination, carrier and events outside our control. Provide an accurate delivery address.

5. Damage refunds and 7-day warranty

If an item arrives damaged, contact us with your order details and photos. FLEVAPE provides a refund for damage, subject to reasonable verification. Products also have a 7-day warranty from delivery for eligible defects. Contact flevapesupport@gmail.com within 7 days.

6. Responsible use

Use products only as directed and keep them away from children and pets. FLEVAPE is not responsible for misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow instructions.
