Before you contact us

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout and a clear description of your question. For a damaged item, include photos of the product and packaging. We normally reply as soon as reasonably possible during business hours.

Shipping and after-sales

Orders are normally delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch. FLEVAPE provides a refund for any damage and a 7-day warranty for eligible defects from delivery. Contact us within 7 days for warranty support.
